Refund policy

At Metkho, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you're unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll liaise with our supplier on your behalf and work to find the best resolution — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please note that items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
